About Fensom's Gym

Welcome to Fensom's Gym, a small and friendly Muay Thai gym based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Our head coach, Dave Fensom, is the former ISKA Southern Area, UKMF English, 2x IKF British and ISKA Intercontinental Champion, with over 24 years of experience in Muay Thai. He is supported by a superb team of qualified professionals, some active professional fighters and Muay Thai judges, sharing their knowledge and experiences of the sport. 

 

At Fensom's Gym, we welcome everyone, regardless of their experience level, from complete beginners through to established professional fighters and can boast multiple champions.
